This role primarily involves hiring for the Banking sector, including positions such as Sales Executives and Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities: ● Source and screen candidates for various roles in the Banking sector. ● Conduct at least 100 candidate calls per day to assess their suitability for different roles. ● Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients. ● Maintain a candidate database and track hiring metrics. ● Meet minimal recruitment targets and contribute to the company's hiring goals. ● Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. ● Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices. Qualifications: ● Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, especially in the sales domain, is preferred but not mandatory ● Education: Graduation in any field is desirable. ● Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. ● Requirements: Must own a laptop.
