Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company's staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements and create job descriptions
Post job openings on various job portals (e.g., Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn)
Source candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video/in-person)
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of qualified candidates and track hiring metrics
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and resume databases
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
