Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for FMCG and field sales roles
• Sourcing candidates through various job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews
• Coordinating interviews with department heads
• Maintaining databases and preparing recruitment reports
• Assisting in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
• Handling walk-ins and internal referrals
• Supporting HR documentation and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
