Description

We are seeking a motivated HR/Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to start their career in human resources and recruitment. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates using various platforms and methods
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential candidates

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using job boards and social media for recruiting
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
