Job Description

Responsibilities

Sourcing and candidate engagement:
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screening and interviewing:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and perform in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Coordination and scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
Process management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer letter negotiation and onboarding.
Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Database management:
Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a database of potential candidates.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Reporting and metrics:
Track key HR metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to improve recruitment strategies.
Industry knowledge:
Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and specific roles (e.g., residential, commercial, agents, brokers).

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Experience with various sourcing techniques.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its hiring needs is a plus.
Solid communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
