About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and pipeline.
• Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
