Job Description

Full Cycle Recruitment : Manage the recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Sourcing Candidates : Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates. Screening and Interviewing : Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and fit for the organization. Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Employer Branding : Promote the company’s culture and values to attract quality candidates and enhance the employer brand. Required Skills and Qualifications Education : A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. An MBA is preferred for more senior roles. Experience : Previous experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role is essential, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with candidates and hiring managers. Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and collaborate with team members. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with MS Excel and other recruitment tools is important for managing candidate data effectively. Wanted FEMALE Candidates only!!!
