Role Overview: As an integral part of the team, you will be required to be present on-site for a total of 9 hours per day. It is crucial that you maintain a presentable demeanor during important meetings with investors. Your primary responsibilities will involve various office duties aimed at ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within the workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job analysis to onboarding, and create effective employee retention strategies. - Oversee performance management systems, identify training needs, and coordinate learning initiatives for continuous employee development. - Foster positive employee relations, cultivate a supportive work culture, address grievances, and implement engagement activities. - Ensure employee well-being through the introduction of programs and initiatives. - Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, update HR policies and procedures, and manage employee relations in alignment with company policies and legal requirements. - Oversee the HR department's daily operations, maintain employee records, manage budgets, and leverage HR technology to enhance efficiency. - Provide guidance to the HR team, communicate effectively across all levels, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. - Forecast workforce needs, align HR practices with organizational goals, and plan for future talent acquisition. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is preferred. - Full-time position with day shift schedule and performance and yearly bonuses. - Flexibility to work from home. - Work location requires in-person engagement with the workplace environment.,
