As an HR Recruiter at our company, your primary role will be to assist in finding suitable candidates for various positions within the organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, ensuring that we bring the right talent on board. Key Responsibilities: - Understand job requirements communicated by managers effectively. - Utilize job portals, social media, and referrals to source potential candidates. - Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates" skills and interest. - Schedule interviews with the hiring team and coordinate the selection process. - Facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates. - Maintain an organized database of candidates and prepare recruitment reports. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to identify and select top talent for different roles. - Familiarity with job portals and recruitment techniques. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Qualification: - Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. In addition to the above job responsibilities, our company offers Provident Fund as a benefit to our employees.
