Job Description

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Develop and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain recruitment reports
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and labor laws

For this role,

-Female candidates are more preferable.

-Applicant must be smart enough to handle any profiles and openings raised by the company.

-Applicant must want time management skills, leadership skills and good communication skill.

-Candidate must want working idea in google sheets and MS Office.

-Applicant must be familiar with end to end recruitment process and should be confident enough in interviews and while making calls.

-Applicant must want idea about job portals like indeed, Linkedin etc.

-Must aware about IT as well as Non - IT domains.

Requirements:

-Want personal laptop while coming to work.

-Should be in formal attire everyday (excluding loose / baggy pants and china collar shirts).

-SALARY: 21,000 to 23,000 per month.

-TIMINGS: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Saturday.

-LOCATION, Maradu, Kochi.

-AGE: Candidate who is between 20 and 30 can only apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
