As an enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and screening resumes. - Conducting initial phone interviews and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. - Maintaining and updating candidate databases to ensure a streamlined recruitment process. - Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Providing assistance to the HR team in various administrative tasks as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A fresh graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Good understanding of recruitment processes and tools (training will be provided). - Proactive attitude with a keen interest in human resources and recruitment.
