Job Description

1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and networking.
  • Manage

    bulk hiring / volume hiring

    for multiple positions across different departments.
  • Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for urgent roles.

2. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates communication, experience, and job suitability.
  • Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations clearly.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and manage interviews (face-to-face, telephonic, video).
  • Share interview details and job descriptions with candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure attendance and reduce dropouts.
