Job Description

Recruitment Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and schedule rounds with managers Coordinate onboarding process and document collection Maintain recruitment tracker and daily MIS Employee Relations & HR Operations: Handle day-to-day employee queries (leaves, salary, HR policies, attendance, etc.) Maintain employee records and ensure smooth onboarding & exit process Support HR in drafting offer letters, warning letters, and relieving letters Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and basic compliance follow-ups Support in organizing employee engagement activities or internal communication
