About the Role

HR Recruiter with a Mechanical Engineering degree

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the technical requirements of sales roles for rust and corrosion products.
• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct

  initial telephonic/video interviews

  to evaluate both

  technical knowledge

  and

  sales aptitude

  .
• Coordinate with the senior HR/management team for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities and provide insights on candidate quality.
• Act as the first point of contact, representing the company’s values and culture to potential hires.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  (mandatory).
• Proven interest or experience in

  HR/recruitment

  (experience preferred but not mandatory if skills match).
• Strong understanding of technical concepts in

  rust prevention, coatings, corrosion protection, or related industrial products

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates’ technical and sales suitability.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
