As a Follow-Up Executive (Client Coordination) based in Mumbai, your role will involve following up with clients shared via Excel sheets by the internal support team. Your core responsibility will be to ensure timely and effective communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Make follow-up calls/emails to clients as per the Excel sheet provided. - Maintain a professional tone and clear communication throughout interactions. - Provide timely updates and feedback to the internal team. - Ensure each client receives regular and effective communication. Key Requirements: - Excellent spoken and written English skills. - High pitch and enthusiastic voice tone to engage clients effectively. - Ability to follow instructions and remain focused on the task of follow-up. - Demonstrate maturity, discipline, and self-motivation in your approach. - Proficiency in using Excel and basic computer tools will be essential. You will be expected to work full-time in an office-based setting with no work-from-home option available. Prior experience of 3-5 years in a similar role will be preferred for this position.,
