This role is primarily virtual, focusing on building client understanding through presentations, product explanations, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling technical presentations and sales pitches to clients, primarily through

  Zoom/online meetings (99%)

  .
• Provide in-depth explanations and demonstrations of coatings and related solutions to clients.
• Support and assist the sales team in addressing client queries and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
• Conduct occasional in-person client visits if required (

  ~1% travel

  ).

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering

  (or equivalent).
• 7–8 years of experience in

  technical sales/business development

  , preferably in coatings, paints, or allied industries.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, convincing manner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with clients without needing to bring in new accounts (clients will be provided).
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
