HR Recruiter – Manufacturing Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and lead talent acquisition for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for factory, production, engineering, and technical roles, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department heads (Production, Maintenance, Quality, etc.) to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), employee referrals, campus drives, and local job fairs.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule technical rounds with hiring managers.
• Coordinate and manage recruitment drives for blue-collar, diploma, and technical roles.
• Maintain candidate database, interview feedback, and offer/joining records.
• Manage onboarding activities including document collection, induction scheduling, and employee file setup.
• Ensure adherence to manpower budgets and hiring timelines.
• Build a strong pipeline of skilled workers (ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, etc.) for future expansion.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring dashboards for weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and training institutes (if required).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/MSW preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiar with sourcing tools, job portals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance (basic level) is an added advantage.
