Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using all major job portals and sourcing platforms and have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates using various platforms including Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Generate reports on hiring metrics and recruitment activities.
Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Key Requirements:

1 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
Hands-on experience with all major job portals and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong understanding of various roles and industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
