Job Summary

HR Recruiter with strong client handling experience

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding).
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for ongoing and future requirements.

Client Handling & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding recruitment needs.
Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand job requirements and role expectations.
Provide clients with timely updates on recruitment progress, candidate availability, and market insights.
Handle client escalations and resolve queries effectively.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients by ensuring quality and timely delivery.
