The ideal candidate should be confident with daily outbound calling, sourcing relevant profiles, coordinating interviews, and achieving recruitment targets with quality hiring. 🔷 Key Responsibilities ✅ Source and hire candidates for Sales positions across Insurance-related verticals ✅ Confident, proficient, and passionate about making daily outbound calls to generate candidate pipelines ✅ Use multiple sourcing platforms – job boards, social media, referrals, and external agencies ✅ Conduct telephonic screening, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews ✅ Work closely with department heads and HR team for smooth recruitment coordination ✅ Achieve monthly hiring numbers within defined timelines ✅ Maintain quality hiring to ensure lower attrition and better stability ✅ Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, documentation, and onboarding support ✅ Handle offer roll-outs and joining follow-ups 🔷 Skills & Competencies ✔ Strong tele-calling and communication skills ✔ Knowledge of recruitment cycle and sourcing channels ✔ Experience in hiring Sales profiles preferred (Insurance/BFSI advantage) ✔ Target-oriented and result-driven approach ✔ Good negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills ✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements 🔷 Desired Attributes Positive mindset and accountability towards hiring outcomes Strong judgment of communication, confidence, and sales aptitude in candidates Organized in maintaining data, reports, and daily follow-ups 🔷 Benefits & Growth Learning and growth opportunities within HR & other functions Professional and supportive work environment
