we are hiring freshers who are interested to start their career in human resources and recruitment.this is an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment under the guidance of experienced hr professionals.for the first 2 months, it will be an

incentive-based internship

, after which you will be eligible for a

fixed salary + incentives

based on performance.

Responsibilities

source candidates from shine, naukri, indeed and linkedin
screen and line up candidates for interviews
coordinate between candidates and hr teams
maintain daily follow ups and reports
achieve daily and weekly hiring targets

Requirements

hsc / graduate in any stream
only fresher needed
good communication in english and hindi
basic computer and internet knowledge
confident and willing to learn recruitment
immediate joiners preferred
