Job Title : HR Recruiter Non IT

Responsibilities

Design and update job descriptions
End to End recruitment
Sourcing and screening potential candidates through effective usage of Internal Systems, Database, Job Portals, Postings as well as through Social Networking within defined timelines.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
Screening candidates through various resources
Taking preliminary round of interview
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Regular follow up with the respective reporting managers and candidates to ensure timely closures.
Schedule job interviews and interaction with Account Managers to ensure closure.
Managing the selection, offer, negotiation, closing, involved in full lifecycle recruiting
Daily, weekly & Monthly MIS updates

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
MBA Prefer
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgment
