Job Description: As an HR Recruiter Intern at Inspacco (Prophandy Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), your role will involve supporting the HR team in various recruitment activities. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media & references. - Scheduling & coordinating interviews. - Assisting in end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process. - Maintaining recruitment trackers & candidate database. - Supporting HR team in day-to-day activities.
