Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
Prepare offer letters and handle documentation for new hires
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
