Required Key Skills:

Proven experience in
IT hirings, Non-IT and bulk hirings
.
Strong knowledge of technologies, job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in ATS, HR tools and MS Office (especially excel).

Immediate Joiners will be preferable.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
for IT roles (Developers, Data Scientists, Software Testers, Project Managers, etc.). and Non-IT roles (Research Associates, Trainees etc).
Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to assess technical skills & cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within deadlines.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports using ATS/Excel.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
