Responsibilities: Responsible for managing online market research projects. Reaching out to new prospects through e-mails or call. Bid and RFQ management. Preparing quotations for bids from existing clients. Maintaining reports of the bids done. Gender: Male & Female Shift: Morning Shift Experience : Only Fresher candidate Working days: 5 days working (Saturday & Sunday off) Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 60 % Required Attributes: Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS office. Good understanding of sales, bidding and negotiating techniques. A positive and goal-oriented attitude. Must be open for Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts). Out of the box thinking and solution-oriented approach. Must be good with analytics and mathematics. Salary Slab: Package will be 4 CTC P.A + Leave Benefits + Gratuity + Mediclaim Insurance. (Rs. 18,000/- will be stipend amount for first six months and then Rs. 4 LPA CTC after confirmation) *There will be 1.6 year of bond that needs to be signed by the selected candidates. Note : Selected Candidate will be relocating Noida location for 15 days training program & after training program they will work from Varanasi location.
