Trainee Client Development

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing online market research projects.
• Reaching out to new prospects through e-mails or call.
• Bid and RFQ management.
• Preparing quotations for bids from existing clients.
• Maintaining reports of the bids done.

Shift: Night Shift

Experience : Only Fresher candidate

Working days: 5 days working (Saturday & Sunday off)

Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 60 %

Required Attributes:

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Good understanding of sales, bidding and negotiating techniques.
• A positive and goal-oriented attitude.
• Must be open for Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts).
• Out of the box thinking and solution-oriented approach.
• Must be good with analytics and mathematics.

Salary Slab

• Package will be 4 CTC P.A
• + Leave Benefits + Gratuity + Mediclaim Insurance.
• (Rs. 18,000/- will be stipend amount for first six months and then Rs. 4 LPA CTC after confirmation)
• *There will be 1.6 year of bond that needs to be signed by the selected candidates.
