You are required for the position of HR Recruiter based in Madurai. Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter, your main responsibilities will include identifying future hiring needs, developing job descriptions, collaborating with department managers, attracting suitable candidates, conducting interviews, assessing applicants, completing new hire paperwork, promoting the company's reputation, staying up-to-date on employment legislation, and providing recruitment reports to team managers. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. - Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. - Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. - Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. - Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. - Completing paperwork for new hires. - Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. - Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company. - Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Qualifications Required: - MBA (Preferred) - HR: Minimum 5+ years (Preferred) In addition to the above, the company offers various benefits including annual salary hike, performance bonus, confirmation hike, health insurance, lunch provided for all working on weekends, paid sick leaves, earned leaves, casual leaves, marriage leaves, and paid maternity and paternity leaves.
