Key responsibilities of an HR Recruiter in our Navi Mumbai team:

End-to-End Recruitment for Bulk Hiring
: Manage the recruitment process for high-volume hiring within customer service and operations teams, ensuring top talent is quickly identified and onboarded.
Sourcing Candidates:
Leverage job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and walk-ins to find qualified candidates for operational roles in a fast-paced environment.
Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct initial screenings and telephonic interviews and schedule walk-in drives for shortlisted candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and coordinate workforce planning.
Recruitment Campaigns and Job Fairs:
Organize and manage recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and hiring events to attract a diverse pool of potential candidates.
Onboarding and Documentation:
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, handling all necessary documentation and compliance tasks.
Recruitment Databases and Reports
: Maintain and update recruitment databases, track candidate progress, and generate detailed recruitment reports for management.
