recruitment Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at First Connect Worldwide. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for tasks such as hiring, recruiting, fostering employer branding, and specializing in IT recruitment to build a skilled workforce that aligns with the company's values and goals. Qualifications Hiring and Recruiting skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Employer Branding Expertise in Non IT Recruitment Experience in core recruitment Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities Night shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) Both sides Cab and meal available (Free) Only for Male condiates Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
