Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher – 0 to 6 Months Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or someone with up to 6 months of experience in recruitment. You must possess excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and a keen interest in growing a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Post job advertisements on various portals and social media platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment or a related HR role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Confident and presentable personality
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• BBA / MBA
