Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter with strong experience in Finance, BFSI, and Fintech hiring. Your primary responsibility will be to close mid-level and high-end Niche non-tech finance roles by managing the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing niche talent, and working closely with clients to understand their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Handle end-to-end recruitment for High-level Finance, BFSI, and Fintech (Non-Tech) roles.

·       Especially for high-end roles with CTC above 50 LPA.

·   Source candidates using Naukri Resdex, headhunting, LinkedIn Outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, job portals, referrals.

·       Screen and evaluate finance-domain candidates for roles such as:

·       Wealth Managers/ Investment Managers

·       Product Managers -Financial Products

·       Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support smooth onboarding.

·       Maintain strong client relationships and provide hiring insights.

·       Use advanced sourcing tools (Apollo.io, Lusha, Dripify, etc.) to close critical positions quickly.

What We’re Looking For

·       2–3 years of Strong Knowledge & experience in recruitment for Finance / BFSI / Fintech (Non-Tech) roles.

·       Proven ability to hire for mid to high CTC roles in the Indian domestic market.

·       Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and headhunting.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
