Job Title Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The HR Specialist will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

3. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR-related issues.

4. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

5. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

6. Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.

7. Manage performance appraisal processes and provide support in performance management.

8. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

9. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.

10. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR practices and principles.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

7. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

2. Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.

3. Familiarity with payroll processes and systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
