About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Help Desk Executive to provide dedicated support to the CEO's office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in professional email communication and possess a beginner to medium level understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist in drafting and managing emails efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s email inbox, prioritizing and drafting professional responses. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist in composing clear, concise, and accurate email communications. Coordinate and follow up on internal and external communications as directed by the CEO. Handle scheduling requests, appointments, and maintain calendar updates. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and dealings. Assist with general administrative tasks to support the CEO’s office. Requirements: Female candidate only. Excellent proficiency in email communication, with strong written English skills. Beginner to medium level familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for email drafting and editing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in executive assistance or help desk roles. Basic knowledge of office management software and tools. Quick learner with a positive attitude towards adopting new technologies.
