1. Handle end-to-end recruitment
2. Screen the candidate based upon the educational qualification, technical skills, communication skill, and experience in preliminary rounds
3. Create and manage relationships with colleges/universities for campus recruitment
4. Work proactively with other team members
6. Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects
7. Openly share new ideas and information with other team members
8. Coordinating with stakeholders for technical round of interview
