Job Opening: Executive HR (Recruitment & Training & Development)

Education Experience: MBA HR with 1 to 3 Years of recruitment experience

Salary Range 20K to 30K CTC Per Month

Key Responsibilities:

*End to End Recruitment Life Cycle

*Assist in monitoring/tracking candidates for interview and follow-up.

*Understand manpower requirements by working closely with department heads

*Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants when needed

*Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases

*Arrange and participate in job fairs

*Network with colleges and institutes to source top talent

*Meet manpower demands for NAPS and Learn & Earn schemes

*Utilize job portals and social media to find the best candidates

*Strong communication skill English and Marathi

*Knowledge of job portals and social media job posting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
