Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should have worked on Mechanical engineering /non-IT hiring / Oil and Gas /manufacturing hiring.
Should be able to Multitask and work in complex business environment with global managers and leaders.
Should be able to understand and work on HR systems SAP SuccessFactors
Excellent communication skills Verbal and written.
Should have good knowledge in using MS office suite especially excel
Understanding of general human resources policies and practices in similar set up
Desire and ability to work in a global team with a result driven approach.

Preferred candidate profile

2-4 yrs. of work experience in a recruitment role handling oil & gas clients and mechanical engineering/manufacturing roles and generic Non-IT roles. IT recruitment experience is not preferred.
Should have worked in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical MNC organization/clients. Hands-on front end user experience of any HRIS tool SuccessFactors is preferred. MS Excel proficiency is must
Graduation with HR Specialization in regular course from recognized university and institute in India
