Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to support the growth of the business. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions - Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks - Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assessments - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders - Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Please note that the job is full-time and requires in-person work.,
