Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at our company, your role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment activities. You will collaborate closely with department heads to comprehend job requirements and ensure timely hiring. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, managing job postings, and supporting basic HR operations when necessary. Responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates through various channels - Schedule and conduct interviews - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements - Manage job postings across platforms - Maintain recruitment reports and candidate records - Assist in onboarding and other HR tasks when needed Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of hiring practices and HR processes - Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously - Experience in recruitment will be an added advantage In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of hiring practices and HR processes is required, along with the ability to handle multiple roles concurrently. Previous experience in recruitment would be beneficial. Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 8,000 to 15,000 per month based on skills and experience. The work mode for this role is onsite, and it falls under the categories of full-time, permanent, and suitable for freshers.
