End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar staff across multiple locations and roles. Source candidates through job portals, local agencies, referrals, field visits, WhatsApp groups, and social media. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule walk-ins or interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update a pool/database of field-ready candidates for urgent hiring needs. Coordinate with internal departments for manpower planning and hiring requirements. Build relationships with local manpower vendors, skill development centers, and NGOs. Conduct onboarding, document collection, and verification for selected candidates. Track hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness). Ensure new hires complete all joining formalities and are inducted smoothly. Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and MIS.
