About UsRole Overview

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an entry?level role, ideal for someone with some exposure to recruitment or HR who wants to build a career in hiring and people operations. You will assist in finding, screening, and acquiring great talent, and supporting the end?to?end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates using multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Screen resumes/applications and conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to assess candidates fit.
  • Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers (schedule interviews, follow?ups, reminders).
  • Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and job postings.
  • Maintain candidate database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with up?to?date information.
  • Support offer process: prepare offer letters, negotiate when required, ensure candidates complete joining formalities.
  • Help with onboarding new hires: paperwork, inductions, and ensuring smooth transition.
  • Regularly report recruitment metrics (time to hire, number of interviews, pipeline status) to the HR/Talent Acquisition team.
  • Provide good candidate experience: timely communication, feedback, follow?ups.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.
  • Some exposure to recruitment (internship, project, or part?time work) is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; local/regional languages are a plus.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and basic familiarity with online job portals / social media.
  • Organized, detail?oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and follow through.
  • Self?motivated, quick learner, ability to work under guidance with minimum supervision.
