Junior Social Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms: ideation, planning, creation, posting, engagement, and monitoring (Echoes Indeeds common responsibilities)
• Conceptualize and produce trending and creative reels, posters, and short-form video content.
• Monitor trending content and platforms; recommend and produce formats that drive engagement (inspired by Cutshorts emphasis on trend-based content creation)

• Collaborate with designers, marketing team, or freelancers to produce visuals, videos, and copy.

• Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and algorithm shifts to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong creative thinking and writing skills especially for grabbing attention in short-form copy (as outlined by Indeed)
• Basic video and poster editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), and understanding of trending formats (reels, shorts).
• Analytical mindset ability to interpret engagement metrics and propose optimizations.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring error-free and brand-aligned content.
