Key Responsibilities: Draft and post job openings across various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) Actively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, databases, networking, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant internal stakeholders Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system or shared tools Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Assist in refining recruitment strategies based on hiring goals and timelines Requirements: Proven experience (1-3 years) as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar HR role Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or other recruitment tools is a plus A proactive attitude with a keen eye for identifying strong talent What We Offer: An opportunity to grow with a startup and shape its core team Flexible work environment (in-office/remote/hybrid options depending on your location) A collaborative and dynamic culture Competitive compensation based on experience
