Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirement Analysis
: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Sourcing Candidates
: Use various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to find suitable candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting
: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
Interview Coordination
: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Candidate Assessment
: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates on technical skills, cultural fit, and soft skills.
Offer Negotiation
: Extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
Onboarding
: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, induction, and introduction to company policies.
Database Management
: Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate records for future recruitment needs.
Recruitment Metrics
: Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
Employer Branding
: Promote the company as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture, values, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
Candidate Relationship
: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, even if they are not hired immediately, for future opportunities.
Market Research
: Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
