We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with experience in bulk hiring for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing high-volume recruitment, sourcing candidates from multiple channels, and coordinating end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring across various non-IT domains such as operations, customer support, sales, logistics, field staff, etc.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and vendor coordination.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Conduct initial HR interviews and share feedback with the respective stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases for candidate pipelines.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HR operations team.

Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in bulk or volume hiring, preferably in a non-IT environment.
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods.
Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Proficiency in using Excel, job portals, and recruitment tools.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.
