What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and schedule interviews with potential candidates
• Manage recruitment processes for sales, counselling, and backend roles
• Coordinate with team leads for staffing needs
• Maintain databases and ensure proper onboarding procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment (preferably in the education sector)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Basic understanding of job portals and recruitment tools
