Job Title: HR Recruiter (Consultancy Experience Required) Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (MANDATORY – In Recruitment/Consultancy) Location: Sector - 48, gurgaon | Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across domains (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation). Use job portals, LinkedIn & networking to build a steady talent pipeline. Coordinate with hiring managers & understand job requirements. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Ensure quick closures within TAT and maintain strong candidate experience. Handle bulk hiring as well as niche role mandates for clients. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate (HR preferred). Minimum 2+ years as a recruiter in a consultancy. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
