HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter at Blueberry Digital Labs, you will play a crucial role in sourcing the best talent for our company. Your responsibilities will include: - Searching suitable candidates as per company's requirements. - Managing the complete recruitment process within set timelines. - Coordinating with candidates and HR team. - Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates. - Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job portals, social platforms, emails, professional networking, headhunting, and campus recruitment. - Conducting initial screening of candidates and assisting in recruitment processes. - Maintaining regular communication with all candidates. - Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for offered candidates by staying in touch until their joining and completing formalities. - Being well-versed in HR policies and the Company's Act. Qualifications: - Candidates with an MBA, MIB, or PGDM degree are encouraged to apply.
