As a Recruitment Specialist at our company, your role will involve handling sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates for frontline roles. You will be responsible for managing bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews, as well as coordinating with vendors and local agencies for candidate sourcing. Additionally, you will conduct initial rounds of interviews and schedule meetings with line managers. It will be essential for you to maintain recruitment MIS and daily reports to ensure smooth hiring processes.
