Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Experience with sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applicants
Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with hiring managers and team members
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
